How can I register and what are the payment methods?

Studio registration is quick and easy! You are welcome to contact us on WhatsApp by clicking here .

Payment by credit only via direct debit in the system. The direct debit can be canceled at any stage without obligation.


Is there a specific time commitment when registering?

No obligation! You can cancel the standing order at any stage, you must update at least 3 days before renewing the subscription and charging the standing order that you want to cancel or change, and we will take care of it.


If I didn't manage to get to all my training this week, can I make up for it the following week?

You can spread out the workouts in your subscription however you want during the month - for example, with a subscription of 2 workouts per week, if you only managed to get to one workout this week, you can add another workout the following week, meaning you can do 3 workouts.

It is important to note that all subscriptions are two months and are valid for one month only. The workouts in the package can only be used within that month. It is not possible to complete workouts after the subscription ends.


Are the classes suitable for all levels? Even if I haven't trained before?

Of course! In every Diva workout you will find beginners and veterans. Our goal is to adjust the level of difficulty of the workout so that you can perform it in the most correct way.

Our studio celebrates the diversity and personal journey of each trainee.


Do I need to book a place in advance for lessons?

All training sessions must be registered through our app. You can cancel your training session up to 6 hours before the class.

You can change the time on the same day without a time limit. You cannot attend the training without registering in advance.


Are there any classes that are tailored to religious or traditional women?

All training sessions in the studio are for women only.

The studio has a code to prevent random entry by strangers, and the windows are closed with curtains for maximum privacy.

Religious and traditional women can also come in clothing that is comfortable for them without worrying about their privacy.


Are there any adjustments for women who are pregnant, postpartum, or injured?

All trainers in the studio are qualified to train women before, during, and after childbirth.

Please inform the studio and the trainers at the beginning of the class about pregnancy, injury, or any other adjustments you would like us to make, and we will make sure to adapt the exercises for you in the best and safest way possible.


From what age can you register for the studio?

Registration for the studio is from the age of 14, up to 120 :)


Is it possible to register for a single class without a subscription?

You can come to a trial training session for a cost of 80 NIS to experience training with us. The training lasts about an hour.


What is the average amount of exercise per workout?

A maximum of 12 trainees can attend a training session. On average, between 8-10 trainees attend, depending on the day and time.
