Transaction cancellation

If you have purchased a product on the site and wish to cancel the transaction, you are welcome to contact us in one of the ways listed below.
In the cancellation notice, you must fill in your details accurately to help customer service locate the relevant transaction. In addition, an invoice/receipt must be attached to the cancellation notice to identify the transaction and its amount.
In accordance with the terms of purchase of the product, the website regulations and/or the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, you may submit a transaction cancellation notice in one of the following ways:
