Product return and exchange policy
We at Diva are committed to ensuring you have a perfect shopping experience, which is why we make it easy and convenient to return and exchange products. Below is our return and exchange policy:
Product replacement
A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags or stickers attached as received. Products that have been damaged as a result of use, washing, or improper storage will not be accepted.
You can come to our main warehouse by prior arrangement only (13 Ametz Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo) and exchange the product for another product/in a different size, or via courier for an additional cost of 80 NIS (40 NIS for each shipping direction).
Product return:

Products that have been damaged as a result of use, washing, or improper storage will not be accepted.
The product can be returned to our main warehouse by prior arrangement only (13 Ametz Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo), or via courier for an additional cost of NIS 40. To receive a credit for a repurchase on the site, there is no need to pay a cancellation fee. In the event of a refund request, the refund will be transferred to the payment method used at the time of ordering, after deducting a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower).

Defective product or order error:
In cases of a defective product or shipping error, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In this case, the product will be replaced free of charge.
